JOB DESCRIPTION FOR CLUSTER MANAGEMENT TEAM

 

1.    Cluster Manager will be the single PoC from Xirooms for all property owners in that cluster. 

 

2.    He/She will be responsible for driving business performance, maintaining relationship with owners, driving customer experience, resolving owner escalations and owning operations delivery for existing properties in the cluster.

 

3.    Stock Management, achieve highest take from the assigned cluster of owners by managing the relationship, issue resolution and owner alignment on key issues.

 

4.    Take necessary actions for inventory control and ensure constant room availability across the assigned cluster.

 

5.    Drive actions and initiatives to win back properties which have gone in sold out, by speaking with the owner and resolving owner issues.

 

6.    Ensuring all bookings are being billed in Xirooms and no booking is slipping or being misappropriated by the Property Owner.

 

7.    “Superior Guest Experience” to ensure cluster performance.

 

8.    Driving guest experience performance for bottom properties in the cluster.


9.     Manage daily operations of various hotels and ensure they adherence all Xirooms operational procedures and guidelines.

 

10. Ensure quality standards to promote repeat business Implement and lead new initiatives at property to maintain great guest experience.

 

11. Manage all Room Shifting cases across the property clusters to ensure guest experience is not hampered.

 

12. Ensure the local legal terms are well adhered, especially with regard to Foreign Travelers & Guest ID proofs.

 

13. Ensure the correct restrictions are in place on the web app and work with cross functional teams.

 

14. The role will call for inspection of properties, resource planning.

 

 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR ACQUISITION MANAGEMENT TEAM

 

1.    Responsible for end to end business development of the assigned area monitoring, analyzing and forecasting supply targets, their business models and tracking progress against them for all Xirooms models.

 

2.    Responsible for P&L, cash flow and market share driven growth decision for the hub.


3.     Identifying new forms of Real Estate / Hotels / Accommodations to ensure the right inventory growth and higher market share for the respective market.


4.    Meet property owners and sell Xirooms vision of providing comfortable stays.

 

5.    Pitch in contract closure as and when there is criticality and intervention required maintaining relationship with the Key Hotel Partners in the designated area.

 

6.    Mentoring the team towards right relationship management with their respective partner properties / hotels.

 

7.    Periodic review of joint business plan with the property owners in order to have a profitable business.

 

8.    Building and leading the business development team through efficient performance management systems like review meetings, performance monitoring and discussions.

 

9.    Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure adherence to process before any property is on boarded.

 

10. Ensure smooth transition and operations of Xirooms on the ground level.

 

 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TEAM

 

1.    Drive Off Line Sales through rigorous cold calling and meeting potential clients/corporates/organizations to sell Xirooms Portfolio.

 

2.    Periodic market Research for finding different avenues for demand, collecting competitor’s data and effective data mining for generating prospects.

 

3.    Understand client’s requirements and tailor-pitch the product portfolio accordingly.

 

4.    Responsible for end-to- end Sales process from qualifying clients to closing the deals to retaining/acquiring new - accounts/clients, in a specified region/market.

6.    Efficient Planning and Executing market-site visits within assigned region, maintain and review.

 

7.    Maintain and review monthly Sales Tracker of accounts and targets.
